Frequent Answers Questions (FAQ)

Q: When will you ship out the package?

A: It will depend on your order quantity and items, Usually within 1-3 working days after receive your full money. If no, we will confirm with you the lead time before your order.

Q: I am sorry that the goods are not really same as what I order or the goods are damaged, how to avoid this case?

A: We will send to you the parcel pictures to you after your shipment. When parcel arrive at your side, please make sure the followings at once:

  1. Whether the appearance of the parcel is the same with the photos. Whether the weight and size is same as what shows in our Packing List.
  2. Before signing , Please open the package in the face of the courier, Please contact the shipping company to make a record on this issue if the goods are not same as the order or damaged , and let us know in time . Meanwhile transfer to us the report email from shipping company after your complain issue. And take the pictures to us for the items not different from your order or damaged.

Q: If my address belongs to the remote area by DHL or UPS, should I pay the extra fee?

A: Yes, The extra fee will be 32usd around. The Remote area can check from DHL or UPS by your zip code. If we receive notice from DHL or UPS that need the extra fee for remote area, we will confirm with you if you would like to pay for the extra fee, or you would like to change another address without to pay. It will depend on you.

Q: Why the shipping fee of my order is especially expensive?

A: It is probably that there is battery in your order, or the packing of your goods with brand logo or words. The shipping fee of this kind about 1.5 times more than the normal products.

Q: If my goods have problems in the third country or the destination country customs, can you deal with us?

A: Business with risk always in customs, Usually this kind of issue happened on your goods with battery or with brand logo and words. Usually before your order, we will confirm with you how we deal with the goods with brand logo. (beside battery) and will cooperation with you after your acceptable. If really unlucky happen, I am sorry that Our forwarder are responsible with Orgin customs,but can't control or deal with the third country or the destination country customs, So if any problem in the third country or the destination country customs, need you deal with it. But if you need any information or invoice help, feel free to contact with us, we will do our best to help you..

Q: We want to learn more about the request of return items and money.

A: Regarding all the items, We have the deadline for the guaranteeing the quality, For the lcd. Flex cable and so on, we always test them careful before shipping one by one. So we also hope that the customers let the professional operators to test and install them. And if there any problem on the display, please clean the flex connector well by alcohol or test with another motherboard again. Also check well if have broken the flex or the connector. Because we have received customers return but we test here and work perfect. If really any problem, we will refund totally after confirming your returning items, On the contrary, we will not refund any money if artificially damaged. For the return goods conditions please find from warranty conditions.

Q: Why the lcd,touch screen,flex etc with the fragile stickers or seals stamp?

A: The fragile stickers or the seals show that these items have passed test and different from other companies. You can tear down or erase it if all are ok, but please keep the intact of the stickers and seals stamp if any quality problems.So we can communicate to deal with the whole process. Otherwise it means you have give up the rights and we will not refund.
